Managing accounts

An account is a counterparty (a legal or natural person) used to manage orders, subscriptions, and financial operations. A customer can have several accounts in the platform. An account itself does not perform any operations in the Customer Control Panel. Instead, a user attached to an account performs the operations on its behalf.

The following operations are used to manage accounts in the Operator Control Panel:

• Creating an account
• Viewing the list of accounts
• Viewing and updating account's details
• Log in to the Customer Control Panel
• Managing account statuses
  • Administrative hold of the account
  • Credit hold of the account
  • Deleting an account
• Managing account's permission to use the Postpay model
• Configuring access to the Customer Control Panel with Google (Google Cloud Identity)
