Viewing and updating the individual markup

Individual markups can be set for subscriptions with the Pay as you go (external) billing type only (see Ordering a subscription at the individual markup). For other subscriptions, ordering at individual prices (see Ordering a subscription at the individual prices) and transferring to individual prices (see Transferring a subscription to individual prices) are used.

To view and update the individual markup for a subscription:

  1. Go to Subscriptions (see Navigation). The list of subscriptions is displayed (see Viewing the list of subscriptions).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required subscription. The subscription details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating subscription's details).
  3. Go to the Price List tab.



    The Subscription group includes a table with the following elements:
    • Price Type — the following value is displayed: Automatic markup.
    • Actual Plan Markup — the value of the automatic markup set for the plan in the price list (see Price list). If Individual prices = On, the value is displayed in strikethrough.
    • Individual Markup — the value of the individual markup used for the subscription. The field is displayed if Individual prices = On.
    • Individual prices — a switch that defines whether the individual markup is applied for the subscription:
      • If the Individual prices = On, the value set in the Individual Markup field is applied to the subscription.
      • If the Individual prices switch = Off, the automatic markup set for the plan in the price list and displayed in the Plan Markup field is applied to the subscription.
  4. If it is necessary, configure the individual markup for the subscription:
    • To set the individual markup:
      1. Turn On the Individual prices switch.
      2. In the Individual Markup field, enter the value of the individual markup. The value must be greater than 0 and can have up to 4 decimal places. It is recommended to set the individual markup value greater than 1.
      3. Click Apply. The Price List tab is displayed, including the value of the individual markup that is used while the consumption statistics are processed.
    • To change the current individual markup:
      1. In the Individual Markup field, enter the new value of the individual markup. 
      2. Click Apply. The Price List tab is displayed, including the new value of the individual markup that is now used while the consumption statistics are processed.
    • To stop using the individual markup:
      1. Turn Off the Individual prices switch.
      2. Click Apply. The Price List tab is displayed, including the value of the actual automatic markup set for the plan in the price list and now used while the consumption statistics are processed.
