Reverting the state of notification template

To revert only the notification template body, use the Compare and Update tab (see Updating and comparing a notification template).

To undo all changes and revert the state of a notification template to its default state (available only for the operator) or the state of the corresponding notification template of the upstream reseller:

  1. Go to Notification Templates (see Navigation). The list of notification templates is displayed (see Viewing the list of notification templates).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required notification template. The notification template details page is displayed.
  3. Click Reset to Current State of Senior. The notification template (all data in the groups Template information, Additional settings, and Template body) is reset to its default state (for the operator) or the state of the corresponding notification template of the upstream reseller. The notification template gets Customized = No.
