Deactivating a manager

When deactivated, a manager is removed from all linked accounts (see Viewing and updating account's details) and subscriptions (see Viewing and updating subscription's details). If the manager is activated again, the removed links are not restored.

To deactivate a manager and block access to the Operator Control Panel:

  1. Go to Managers (see Navigation). The list of managers is displayed (see Viewing the list of managers).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required manager in the Active status. The manager details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating manager's information).
  3. Click Deactivate and confirm the action. The manager gets the Inactive status and cannot access the Operator Control Panel.
