Deactivating a manager

When deactivated, a manager is removed from all linked accounts (see Viewing and updating account's details) and subscriptions (see Viewing and updating subscription's details). If the manager is activated again, the removed links are not restored.

If the manager is attached to at least one account, the platform will prompt a warning, as email notifications where the manager was the only active recipient will stop being sent after manager deactivation (see Creating an email template). Before deactivating a manager, it is recommended to review and update information about the attached accounts (see the Manager filter in Viewing the list of accounts and Viewing and updating account's details).

To deactivate a manager and block access to the Operator Control Panel:

  1. Go to Managers (see Navigation). The list of managers is displayed (see Viewing the list of managers).
  2. Click the ID or name of the required manager in the Active status. The manager details page is displayed (see Viewing and updating manager's information).
  3. Click Deactivate and confirm the action. The manager gets the Inactive status and cannot access the Operator Control Panel.
