Company profile and managers

In the Company profile section, you can perform the following operations:

  • View information about the partner's company.
  • View the list of the partner's managers.
  • Manage profiles of the partner's managers.

To go to the Company profile section:

  1. Click the partner's name in the upper right corner of a page. The profiles menu appears.
  2. Select Company profile. A page with several tabs is displayed.

On this page:

General information

On the General information tab, you can view the following information about the partner's company:

  • Company data:
    • Name — the partner's company name.

    • Currency — the partner's currency used for billing subscriptions (see Analytics).

      Plan currencies used in the catalog (see Catalog) and the subscription details page (see Subscription details) may differ from the partner's currency. If so, the ActivePlatform exchange rates are automatically applied.

    • The partner's company INN and KPP, if applied.
    • Postcode, Country, Region, City, Legal address — the partner's company address information.
    • Phone — the contact phone number of the partner's company.
  • The Technical support section includes the following contact information of the support team:
    • Phone number.
    • Email — click to create a message template in your default email application.

Managers

On the Managers tab, you can view the list of the partner's managers, update a profile of a manager, or invite a new manager.
