Credit hold of the account
The credit hold is used to automatically block an account due to the debt in the following cases:
- The account balance becomes less than the financial blocking threshold set in the account class (see Creating an account class) or individually for the account (see Viewing and updating account's details).
- The account balance remains negative within the financial blocking threshold longer than the subzero period set in the account class (see Creating an account class).
Only prepaid subscriptions are reflected on the account balance. Postpaid subscriptions do not depend on the account balance (see Specifics of managing postpaid subscriptions) and are not affected by the credit hold.
Users of an account in the Credit hold status can access the Customer Control Panel. However, the statuses of some subscriptions of an account are changed, and some operations with subscriptions become not available.
