Delegated plans synchronization
Delegated plans are synchronized automatically. Starting from version 3.4, manual synchronization of delegated plans is not available.

Parameters of delegated plans that cannot be synchronized
The following plan parameters cannot be synchronized (see Editing general information about the plan):
- Description.
- Public.
- Auto-renew.
- Custom attributes of a plan (see Creating an attribute).
- Custom attributes of a resource.
- Changes of the plan category.
- Switchable plans (see Managing switchable plans) and prerequisite plans (see Managing prerequisite plans) added before the plan delegation.
Automatic synchronization of delegated plans parameters
For a plan, its changes are synchronized automatically with all delegated plans for all reseller levels. The following plan parameters are synchronized automatically:
- General information (see Editing general information about the plan):
- Name.
- SKU.
- Product
- Fixed price.
- Billing type.
- Currency.
- Periods, including the Public attribute (see Updating plan periods).
- Resources, including their names and the Public attribute (see Updating plan resources).
- Service terms (see Creating a service term and Viewing and updating a service term).
- Switchable plans (see Managing switchable plans) and prerequisite plans (see Managing prerequisite plans) added after the plan delegation.
Synchronization of periods and resources for plans published in Vendor Portal
- By default, all prices are not updated when a vendor updates a product in Vendor Portal. If it is necessary to update the prices, turn on the switch on the page of the product from Vendor Portal in the Operator Control Panel (see Viewing and updating a product received from Vendor Portal).
- After deleting a period from Vendor Portal, this period is also deleted from all plans in ActivePlatform. Existing subscriptions remain working, but cannot be renewed.
- After deleting a resource from Vendor Portal, this resource gets Public = No in all plans in ActivePlatform.
- For a plan from Vendor Portal with Delegated = No and at least one subscription in any status, except for Deleted, on the current reseller level or any downstream reseller level, the following restrictions are applied in the Operator Control Panel:
- When a vendor updates a product in Vendor Portal, for an existing resource, the changes are not applied in the following cases:
- In Vendor Portal, the Included and Minimum values of the updated resource differ from the current values of the resource.
- The Unlimited switch is currently turned on, but in Vendor Portal, the updated resource has the Unlimited switch turned off.
- In Vendor Portal, the Limit value of the updated resource is less than the current value of the resource.
- When a vendor updates a product in Vendor Portal and adds a new resource, the new resource is not created in ActivePlatform if the Included value differs from 0.
- When a vendor updates a product in Vendor Portal, for an existing resource, the changes are not applied in the following cases:
