Creating a notification template
Before creating a notification template, create a notification category (see Managing notification categories).
Creating a notification template depends on the notification type:
- Email notifications that are sent to customers and managers via the email service (see Creating an email template).
- SMS notifications that are sent to customers and managers via the SMS gates (see Creating an SMS template).
- Push notifications that are displayed to users in the Customer Control Panel (not supported in the current version of the Customer Control Panel) (see Creating a notification template for the Customer Control Panel).
