Report about accounts with insufficient balance to renew the subscriptions
The report about accounts with insufficient funds for subscriptions renew contains information about accounts and their prepaid subscriptions that cannot be renewed and that will be stopped on the following billing day, due to the insufficient account balance, including the financial blocking threshold. The report includes only subscriptions for the plans with the following billing types: CSP monthly, Pay as you go, G Suite, Non refund, Pay in full.
To create a report:
- Go to Reports (see Navigation). The Sales Reports page is displayed.
- In the Insufficient Funds for Subscription Renew Report group, click Download Subscriptions. The report will be sent to your email in the MS Excel format.
The report includes the following columns:
- Subscription ID — the unique identification number of the subscription (see Managing subscriptions).
- Subscription Name — the name of the subscription.
- Plan ID — the unique identification number of the plan (see Managing plans) for which the subscription was created.
- Plan — the name of the plan, for which the subscription was created.
- Account ID — the unique identification number of the account (see Managing accounts), to which the subscription belongs.
- Account Name — the name of the account, to which the subscription belongs.
- Balance — the current account balance (see Viewing and updating account's details).
- Credit Limit — the current limit, within which the account balance can be negative without moving to the Credit hold status during the subzero period (see Viewing and updating account's details and Creating an account class).
- Billing Day — the following billing day of the subscription (see Viewing and updating a service term).
- Amount — the amount required to renew the subscription. The field is empty for the subscriptions for the plans with the Pay as you go billing type.
- Total amount — the amount required to renew all the subscriptions of the account.
