The active accounts report includes the list of accounts with active subscriptions (see the applicable subscription statuses below) and the number of such subscriptions.
To create the active accounts report:

Go to Reports (see Navigation). The Sales Reports page is displayed.

In the Active accounts report group, click Generate Report. The report as an XLSX file will be sent to the email of the manager who requested it.
Report structure:

Account ID.

Account primary name.

Account status — accounts in the Active and Credit hold statuses are included (see Managing account statuses).

Exist active subscription — indicates whether an account has at least one active paid subscription (see the applicable subscription statuses below), active trial subscription, or a subscription in the Delivered status (see Viewing the list of subscriptions).

Active commerce subscription quantity — the number of paid subscriptions in any of the following statuses:ActiveWaiting for manual approveGracedRenewing failedUpdating failedActivatingRenewingUpdating

Active trial subscription quantity — the number of trial subscriptions in the Active status.

Subscription quantity with status Delivered — the number of subscriptions in the Delivered status.

Last delivered subscription started — the latest activation date of a subscription in the Delivered status (DD.MM.YYYY).

Account created at — the date when an account is created (DD.MM.YYYY).
