Viewing the list of payments

To view the list of payments for a given account, go to the Payments tab of the account details page (see Viewing and updating account's details).

To view the list of payments of all accounts, go to Payments (see Navigation).

The list includes the following columns:

  • ID — the unique identification number of a payment (see Viewing payment details).
  • Payment number — the payment number as it is defined in the system settings (see General system settings).
  • Account — the name of an account linked to a payment (see Viewing and updating account's details).
  • Status — the payment status (for details, see Payment types).

    • Pending billing (pending_billing — in the API methods) — the initial status of a new payment when external management of invoices for the Postpay model is used (see Managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system). A payment is created but not ready to be paid since a third-party ERP system has not yet approved the linked invoice.
    • Waiting for payment (waiting_for_payment) — the initial status of the rest of new payments. If external management of invoices for the Postpay model is used — the payment is ready for paying since a third-party ERP system has approved the linked invoice.
    • Expired — a payment is not completed before the due date.
    • Cancelled — a payment is cancelled.
    • Receipt creating (receipt_creating) — a manager manually prepares a receipt (see Processing a payment that requires manual receipt creation).
    • Receipt sent (receipt_sent) — a manager sent a manually prepared receipt to a customer.

    • Processing — a temporary status while a payment on the payment gateway side is processed. In the Processing status, all operations for a payment are not available.
    • Completed — a payment is processed (a customer paid for a payment).
    • Paid from balance (paid_from_balance) — a customer paid for a payment using the account balance.

  • Due date — the latest date for completing a payment for rendered services. On the next day, if not completed, it gets the Expired status (see Payment for rendered services). 
  • Payment method (see Configuring payment methods):
    • The payment method the manager set on manually creating a payment (see Creating a payment manually).
    • The payment method the customer used to successfully complete a payment, except for paying from the account balance (see Pay payment).
    • The payment method the manager selected on approving a payment, except for paying from the account balance (see Approving a payment).
  • Discount — the discount amount.
  • Total — the total amount of a payment.
  • External total — if managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system is activated (see Managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system), may display the amount and currency of a third-party invoice after the invoice approval. By default, not displayed.
  • External currency — if managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system is activated (see Managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system), may display the ISO code of the currency of a third-party invoice after the invoice approval. By default, not displayed. Sorting is not supported.
  • Invoice number — for the Postpay model, the invoice number as a link to its details page. By default, not displayed. Searching the list of payments by partial match of the invoice number is supported (see Searching and filtering). 
  • Invoice approved — if managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system is activated (see Managing invoices for the Postpay model by a third-party ERP system), indicates whether a linked postpaid invoice is approved. By default, not displayed.
  • Balance — the account balance at the Closed at moment.
  • Manager — the current personal manager of the account.
  • Created at — the date and time when a payment is created.
  • Closed at — the date and time when a payment got the CompletedPaid for balance, or Cancelled status.

The list supports the following filters:

  • ID.
  • Created at.
  • Closet at.
  • Status.
  • Payment method.
  • Manager.
  • Invoice approved.

The payments report (see Exporting a list as a file) may include the following columns:
